EVOCON provides production monitoring software to manufacturing companies, helping them gain real-time insights and improve operational efficiency. With a sales team of 12—including account executives, SDRs, and key account managers—keeping track of performance and follow-ups across numerous demo calls was becoming increasingly difficult.
The Challenge
When Nils joined as Head of Sales, he had no clear visibility into demo call quality or content. Shadowing calls to evaluate performance was time-consuming, and post-call summaries required manual effort.
